Nurses Fired for Refusing Flu Shot

Did anyone see that top story on Yahoo? Nurses in Indiana were fired for refusing a flu shot! How does everyone feel about this? Should people be fired for refusing to get vaccinated if it's against their personal beliefs?

There should be a law against firing someone for not getting a flu shot. I can see both sides of it though. Hospitals are obligated by law to protect their patients. They want to avoid lawsuits at all costs.
